As a Site Operations Plant Solution Manager, you will be responsible for:

Turn-Key project offering phase and, in case of project award, supporting in the execution phaseTurn-Key installation and commissioning planning, as well as installation costs definition and optimizationLeading the execution of the Project for both Customer and internal organizationIdentifying potential risk factors, which may impact the schedule and/or project financial targets

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelor Degree or Master's Degree n Engineering.Have solid technical background and experience in plants Turn-Key installation and commissioning of energy technology solutions for Oil & Gas/decarbonizationBe proficient with P6 and/or MS Project planning tools.Be a self-motivated leader, willing to take responsibilities across geographic and business boundaries.Be fluent in English, written and spoken.Be willing to travel where Projects are located and for meetings/training at Baker Hughes site locations
