Key Responsibilities:
Prepare written statements and entries in the construction log (physical or governmental online system “e-dnevnik”).Coordinate the preparation of locally required certificates, notified body reports, and other documents necessary for project handover in compliance with local legislation.Sign project documentation using an authorized e-signature/certificate as per local legal requirements.Manage work activities in alignment with available resources, capacities, and client requirements.Organize internal resources (human and material) and coordinate with external resources (subcontractors, customers, suppliers).Ensure timely and proactive communication and collaboration with various stakeholders throughout the process.Monitor deadlines and oversee the execution of work activities on-site, including the timely submission of legally required documents to local authorities.Prepare reports and regularly update superiors on project status.Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures.Stay updated on legal regulations within the area of responsibility and implement necessary actions to ensure compliance.Your Profile:
Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the construction or vertical mobility industry.Strong knowledge of local regulations and legal requirements in the West Balkan region.Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and resources.Proficiency in using construction management tools and systems (e.g., “e-dnevnik”).Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.How to Apply:
