MAU is hiring a Site Manager in Douglasville, GA. As a Site Manager, you will lead and manage all MAU operations at the client site, ensuring effective workforce planning, employee engagement, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Benefits Package Competitive Compensation Package Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Holidays (11) Paid Vacation Great Work Environment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Care Partners Program Health Club Reimbursement Program Additional Supplemental Benefit Programs 401k Salary Continuation Educational Reimbursement FMLA Available After 12 Months of Service Shift Information Full-time, Monday–Friday Typical 9-hour workdays (variable based on client requirements) Early morning, night, and weekend work may be required Career Path Senior Site Manager Regional Operations Manager District Site Manager Branch Operations Manager Outsource Manager Other Corporate Support Functions Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in Human Resources or a manufacturing environment Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a manufacturing environment HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) Lean Greenbelt Certification Root Cause Analysis Training Powered Industrial Equipment Knowledge Proficient in Data Analytics Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., DOMO) Experience with Applicant Tracking Software (e.g., Bullhorn) General Requirements Ethical Conduct and Personal Credibility Strong People and Communication Skills Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience Managing and Coaching Teams Ability to Manage Difficult Situations with Confidence Essential Functions Direct daily operations of MAU personnel at the customer site Maintain compliance with client KPIs and workforce metrics Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training processes Mentor and promote a safe work culture; lead incident investigations Track attendance, performance, and employee relations issues Conduct disciplinary actions and manage employment terminations Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems Build and maintain strong client relationships Report key performance indicators to both MAU and client teams Manage associate engagement and recognition programs Supervise direct reports (e.g., Associate Relations Leader, Admin Support) Work Environment and Physical Demands Work may occur in both administrative offices and manufacturing areas Use of standard office equipment is required May work in environments ranging from non-climate-controlled to GMP clean rooms May involve proximity to manufacturing equipment and powered industrial vehicles Physical Requirements Ability to lift 5–25 lbs periodically Ability to stand/walk for up to 9 hours Ability to sit for up to 8 hours Ability to climb stairs as needed Travel Must be able to travel overnight and for extended periods (up to 10%) Flexibility with travel schedules is required
