The Site Manager (SM) serves as a key personnel position under the AFCAP V contract and is responsible for overseeing all contract operations at the assigned site. This role carries full authority to act on behalf of the contractor for all matters related to daily task order (TO) operations. The SM ensures compliance with contract requirements, supervises site personnel, maintains quality control standards, and serves as the primary on-site liaison with Government representatives. This position is contingent upon contract award. This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. Responsibilities Major Job Activities: Provide full oversight and management of all contract operations at the site. Ensure all personnel are properly scheduled, supervised, and meeting performance standards. Maintain quality control across all contract tasks and deliverables. Act as the primary point of contact for the ACO, COR, and Government personnel, with the ability to meet on-site within 4 hours as required. Provide updates and reports to Government representatives regarding operations, staffing, and performance. Ensure timely notification to the ACO and COR of any changes in key personnel within 24 hours of discovery. Collaborate with leadership to submit plans for temporary substitutions and permanent replacements within 2 calendar days of a key position vacancy, with weekly updates until filled. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of ten (10) years’ related experience. Proven experience in site or operations management within a government contracting environment. Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with Government and contractor personnel. Ability to act independently with full decision-making authority for site operations. Currently hold and maintain and active Secret Clearance.
