TRIGO Global Quality Solutions currently has an opening for a Site Manager supporting our Shakopee, MN Quality team. The salary range for this role is $51-70K.\n

Overall Purpose\n

The Site Manager coordinates and manages the planning and execution of all activities within the site. The Site Manager supports the organization's business activities, while maintaining the highest standards of customer quality and company performance.\n

Reports to\n

Direct: Area Manager\n

Indirect: Director of Operations\n

Responsibilities\n\nEstablish and coordinate staffing schedules, along with allocation of manpower and materials equipment according to customer auditing requirements\nAssist the customer Quality Manager as the primary liaison between TRIGO HT and the customer\nProvide quality inspection and auditing results with suggestions and council\u202ffrom the customer quality manager using measuring tools and record of data such as SPC.\nCreate, maintain, and manage site quality policies and procedures in accordance with the company's standard operating requirements\nAccountable for the productivity and the profit\/loss profitability of the site and for budget creation and management\nHire, provide training, and supervise the site's employees\nManage space allocation, maintain the physical site, and insure the capability of inspection equipment\nProvide monthly metric reports of the site's business activities\nMotivate employees to perform job tasks that meet or exceed the customer and company expectations\nOther duties and\/or responsibilities as assigned\n\n

Job Skills & Competencies \n\nDemonstrated knowledge of equipment PM \nKnowledge of mechanical inspection tools, practices, and industry quality standards\nDemonstrated knowledge of print reading, automated measuring equipment, and factory flow\nProficient in MS Office Suite-Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully communicate with customers and employees\nAbility to implement and monitor budgets and cost controls\nRecord of managing new projects to successful completion\n\n
