Site Manager

The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our Energy and Utilities team in WA. This role will be an 8/6 roster DIDO on company time. 

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to multiple engineering disciplines, including structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical works, ensuring that all project activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the schedule, budget, and quality requirements. This role involves leadership of site teams, management of subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The Site Manager will work closely with project managers, Superintendents, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of all project phases.

What you’ll do

Oversee the execution of the project, ensuring that each discipline meets schedule, quality, and cost requirementsImplement project plans and strategies, ensuring compliance with technical specificationsEnsure the contract is on schedule and within quality and estimatesLiaise with the Site project team to ensure that resources (equipment, labour & staff) are fully utilised Provide leadership in the identification and management of risk associated with contract activities including - Physical and Psychological Well-Being, Engineering, Incident Investigation and Learning / Managing Safe Work / Risk Management and Process Safety

Regularly review and monitor contract costs and take corrective action if significant deviations from budget occur

What we’re looking for

Able to work 8:6 roster Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) (preferred)relevant industry certifications (e.g Project Management, HSE)Able to work a fixed term position until January 2026Experience in the mining, construction, or resources sectorKnowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for mining operationsLeadership and Team BuildingExcellent verbal and written communication skills
