Purpose of the Role

Leads the operations and ensure that the KPIs for the operations are fully met.

Key Responsibilities

\n\nLead the receiving, binning and line feeding operations\nKey contact for the customer for operations review and improvements\nDeliver KPI agreed with the customer for the operations\nManage budgets as per the plan\nDriving continuous improvements including space and manpower optimization\nMaintain good working relationships, Co-ordination, discussion and communication\nIndependently inbound operation handling / leading\nTogether with Project manager participate in problem solving and trouble shoot process, improvement process and innovative ideas to create pipeline projects\nEnsure to provide right input to the concerned team for billing\nOn time and accurate MIS\nDaily working process review and discussion\nPeople management\n
