Responsibilities Make an impact As Site Manager, you are responsible for managing and leading the installation phase at our customer site. You provide operational management oversight and ensures that our customers’ expectations are met. In this role, you will manage and coordinate the daily activities in close cooperation with the Project Manager and Integration Manager, aiming to successfully complete the delivery of Swisslog in regards to project completeness at a high level of safety and quality.    You are responsible for the site coordination and management, in close collaboration with several stakeholders, both internal and external. You are managing risks and overcoming issues in different phases of installation. You provide detailed customer site planning and controlling regarding installation and commissioning. You will be supporting site tests of basic functions as well as supporting sub-contractor acceptance tests together with the Project Manager and Integration Manager. One of your key tasks will be to ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with agreements with a strong focus on health and safety, and ensuring the quality standard from all personnel including subcontractors.

Application Requirements What you need to succeed   Technical degree in Mechanics / Mechatronics or related field Site management experience and/or Commissioning experience Knowledge and experience regarding Health and Safety regulations Experience in Project Management would be meritorious as well as technical know-how of manual and/or automated material handling systems Fluent language skills in Italian, Spanish and English   You are result-oriented, set challenging goals and produce high quality work and results under pressure. It is important to be able to manage risks, communicate openly, be able to delegate and take clear decisions.
