Site Manager, Production & Fulfillment Operations, Onsite
Supervises day-to-day operations and staff of high production and fulfillment operations at MS sites. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and reviewing procedures, invoicing accounts, and maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability. This role involves a high degree of customer interaction and is responsible for managing 25 employees or $80K+ in monthly services revenue at a single site.
After ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, the SM collaborates with the customer to improve business processes through optimization and the use of Ricoh Process Director. The SM must have a deep understanding of client requirements and be IT-centric to effectively communicate with the customer’s IT department. They also communicate business process opportunities to sales and professional service teams and assist in onboarding new production print customers.
