Your role and responsibilitiesThe Site Manager is responsible for the management of 4 to 7 Site Managers.He/she is also responsible for providing on-site training as needed and responding to any problems that may arise at the site.As a local manager, you will be responsible for quality control, customer management, and stakeholder management, and will maintain a balance between quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and profitability of site management.The local manager is also responsible for the quality control, customer and stakeholder management of all sites, balancing the quality of site management, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Qualifications for the role【Educational Background】Tertiary school or higher【Langage】Japanese: Native, English: Business level【Experience and Skills】3+ years of construction site and construction management experience including cost, resource, and schedule managementAbility in HSE managementStrong ability in field service activities for HV/MV/LV electrical equipment (switchgear, transformers)Communication and negotiation skills/experience with stakeholders including project managers, customers, and third partiesExperience in resource planningAbility to travel domestically and internationally3+ years of people management experience as a first line manager (preferred)Experience working in a data center or semiconductor factory environment (preferred)Project management experience or certification (preferred)Experience in budget planning at the local unit level (preferred)【Qualifications】Japanese driver's license
