The job responsibilities include managing daily EHS/Quality production to meet targets, overseeing operators to ensure stability and discipline, monitoring packing line and warehouse operations, supporting operators in problem-solving alongside ME/MT teams, collaborating with other departments to achieve daily targets, leading the team to meet department KPIs, and driving continuous improvement for better performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Daily EHS/Quality Production management to achieve the target.

Operators management to keep operators stable and have discipline focus.

Daily work in shopfloor to closely monitor the Packing line / Warehouse team operation smoothly.

Actively support operators to solve their operation problem and co-work with ME/MT team to analyze and solve the problem to prevent happened again.

Co-work with other departments, ex. SCM/Production/SCM/QS, to achieve daily Packing line/Warehouse target.

Lead team to achieve department KPI, ex. EHS, Quality, OTS, IRA….

Lead team to do Continue improvement to have better team performance.   

Job Qualification:

+5 years Logistics/Warehouse/Packing Line management experience. 

Need Basic English Communication skill to communicate with other global Site.

Need to have CIP skill to lead CIP team.

Actively willing to take the opportunity for any challenge.
