Site Logistics Manager

The Integrated Systems Division at Leidos is seeking a Site Logistics Manager to support a large facility maintenance program management team.  Communication and inspiration are key to guiding staff on site and engaging with multiple stakeholders. The Site Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing a 24x7 operational environment. The Site Logistics Manager will develop guidance for management of the program; recommend acquisition and execution strategies and then implement them; coordinate actions of a wide variety of agencies and stakeholders; and analyze program performance. 

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in logistics management and supportability analysis and will lead efforts to improve processes and product support strategies. This position requires the ability to collaborate across functions and influence internal and external stakeholders while managing a team of experienced professionals.

 Primary Responsibilities:

Perform system fault analysis and support root cause identification and resolutionManage life cycle maintenance planning and execution for major systemsOversee and optimize integrated product support (IPS) strategiesControl and coordinate the flow of goods, services, and information to ensure timely and accurate deliveryImplement and continuously improve standard logistics and supply chain processesLead a team of logistics professionals; delegate tasks, provide guidance, and conduct performance reviewsInterface with internal departments, external vendors, subcontractors, and customers to resolve logistics and support challengesMonitor and analyze inventory, warehousing, order fulfillment, and transportation operationsIdentify and implement process improvement opportunities related to logistics efficiency and system sustainmentSupport safety assurance efforts and compliance with applicable regulations and standards

Basic Qualifications

TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is requiredBachelors Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.5+ years of relevant experience in logistics or product support roles (or 3+ years with a Master’s degree)2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projectsAdvanced knowledge in at least several of the following areas:Integrated Product Support (IPS)System fault analysis and life cycle sustainmentInventory and materials managementLogistics systems and planningTransportation and warehousing operationsOrder fulfillment and processingProven experience in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaborationStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teams and stakeholdersExperience managing projects or processes within a defined budget

Preferred Qualifications

APICS CPIM or CSCP, PMP, or Six Sigma certificationExperience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other logistics platformsFamiliarity with DoD or government logistics systems and IPS frameworksPrevious experience supporting defense, aerospace, or highly regulated industriesDemonstrated success in improving product support and logistics performance metricsKnowledge of safety assurance protocols in logistics operationsActive security clearance or ability to obtain one (if applicable)

Pay Range:Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
