Site Leader, Legal

Job Title: Site Leader, Legal  

Position Summary: Supervises the day-to-day operations of a 3-person site within a legal office environment providing services such as copy, production, and scanning, fax, mail, and shipping, hospitality assistance, conference room set up and scheduling, receptionist backup, facilities support, and inventory control. Reports directly to an Account Manager and works to provide employee developmental support. The Site Supervisor is the point person for customer issues as well as providing direction for issue resolution. High volume litigation printing and binder making. Will also assist in employee relations matters as it pertains to supervising and directing. Works to develop, implement, and review procedures for compliance and improvement. Prepares, creates, validates, and invoices client(s) as per the customer's billing needs. Must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to communicate with senior level attorneys, partners, clients, opposing counsel, court reporters, vendors, staff, and others. The Site Supervisor is the point person for customer issues as well as providing direction for issue resolution. Works to maintain and control an acceptable profit level within the site while looking for additional service offerings to enhance the customers workflow. 

Roles and Responsibilities:  

Lead the strategic direction of the site, aligning operations with organizational goals and driving initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.   Cultivate a high-performing and engaged team through coaching, mentoring, and providing developmental support, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.   Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.   Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, compliance with legal regulations, and efficient utilization of resources.   Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, anticipate client needs, and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement and innovation.   Address and resolve issues and conflicts promptly and effectively, demonstrating diplomacy, tact, and professionalism in managing challenging situations.   Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization, implementing best practices, and leading change initiatives to enhance service delivery and performance.  

Qualifications (Must Have):  

High school diploma or GED.   Minimum of 2 years' experience in the legal industry.   Print production litigation experience   Legal industry experience  Leadership experience  Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.   Excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead and train employees effectively.  

Qualifications (Nice to Have):  

Experience in delivering classroom or informal training sessions.   Strong customer facing experience and communication skills  Proficient in software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and legal software).   Familiarity with different types of law and legal departments.   Proficiency in operating advanced machinery for complex jobs.
