Job Description
As a Program Analyst and Site Lead for the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS) under PM Force Protection Systems (FPS), you will serve as the primary liaison between military installations, contractors, and the program office. You will manage site activities from pre-survey through sustainment, coordinate technical and cost evaluations, and ensure timely communication and documentation in accordance with DoD standards. You will also support program reviews, risk tracking, and acquisition-related tasks while facilitating meetings and reporting across multiple stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesLead site coordination, technical evaluations, and contractor communications for ICIDS installations.Draft and maintain official documentation, reports, and meeting materials aligned with DoD policies.Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), milestone reviews, and risk management efforts.Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, tracking action items and producing executive summaries.Travel extensively both CONUS and OCONUS, up to a month at a time.Essential SkillsSite survey and design expertise.Ability to travel extensively.Secret clearance.Proficiency in ICIDS, cost estimation, and DoD documentation/technical writing.Knowledge of Army protocols.Engineering and engineering management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree required, preferably in program management, engineering, systems management, business management, computer sciences, information management, or a related discipline.Six years of general experience required, with one year as a practicing analyst responsible for a functional area of an acquisition program preferred.An additional three years of experience in a related field may be substituted for education.Work Environment
This position will be split between onsite work at Fort Belvoir and 50 percent travel to other military bases both CONUS and OCONUS. You will have the opportunity to travel to unique military installations and work directly with leaders within these organizations, providing great stability and supporting critical work for the Army.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
