In this key role, at our Rome, NY facility, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our EHS standards, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement within a dynamic aerospace environment. **What You Will Do** + Collaborates with Operations and other Site Leadership to integrate EHS performance into site business activities. + Develop the site EHS Annual Plan in partnership with site leadership to drive the strategy of the EHS function at the site, including a tactical plan to achieve results. + Organize, maintain, & communicate EHS policies to ensure compliance with Legal, RTX, & Collins rules and regulations + Support the programs, processes, and procedures to improve the EHS culture for employees and contractors. + Drives all EHS regulatory reporting requirements. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
