We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Site Lead-SME – MK Constanta Romania. This position is in support of Atlantic Resolve South (ARS) located in Constanta, Romania. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Single point of contact for site requirements; responsible and accountable for contractual and technical performance
Provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the engineering and service delivery of the multiple complex IT and communications systems engineering solutions for the site, including support for transition-in
Provides overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel, including subcontractors, assigned to the site services team, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall performance
Manages mission system services, including lifecycle management, engineering, integration, and sustainment of required systems and ensured connectivity
Supports tailoring of standardized processes to meet site-specific requirements
Provides interim progress reviews to the Mission Partner Lead on an as-needed basis
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives
Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge
Supervises a team of multi-function personnel located at the site
Qualifications:
Required:
Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and be able to maintain
BA/BS +13 years recent experience
Approved DoD 8140 cyber-related certification
Demonstrates mastery of complex IT and communications systems engineering, with particular emphasis on military or government environments.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of project management, quality assurance, and leadership techniques, ensuring contractual and technical performance across multiple systems.
Exhibits strategic expertise in lifecycle management, system integration, and sustainment of mission-critical IT infrastructure.
Demonstrates proficiency in tailoring standardized processes to site-specific requirements and managing diverse teams of multi-function technical personnel, including subcontractors.
Excels at coordinating with various stakeholders, providing regular progress updates, and adapting to changing mission needs as the single point of contact for site requirements.
Combines expert technical knowledge with strong leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes, establish goals that meet objectives, and mentor team members in a high operational tempo technical environment.

PMI-PMP
Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs
Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards
Experience with DoD IT security requirements

The proposed salary range for this position is:
