What You'll Be Doing

Lead and coordinate daily site operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity

Supervise and support crew members, subcontractors, and equipment usage

Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Identify and resolve issues to maintain project timelines and goals

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage construction site activities

Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance

Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Competency in reading blueprints and technical documents

Adaptability to changing priorities and site conditions

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
