**Job Description**

Together, we’ll ensure the seamless operation of site infrastructure while advancing key quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
**Objective / Purpose**
The Site Engineering Team is essential to maintaining the technical infrastructure of Takeda’s new R&D site in Aspern Seestadt. As a Site Engineering Expert, you will coordinate service contractors, manage critical systems (BMS, PCS, CMMS), oversee shutdown works, and act as a key liaison between operational requirements and R&D personnel needs.
**Accountabilities**
+ Support the Head of Site Engineering in ensuring compliant and functional site infrastructure.
+ Coordinate effectively between internal teams and external IFM contractors.
+ Manage the CMMS database, approve repairs, and oversee maintenance documentation.
+ Facilitate and communicate lab and utility shutdown operations.
+ Develop, review, and update Site Engineering SOPs and technical tools.
+ Supervise IFM performance adhering to timelines, quality, financial, and KPI goals.
+ Administer PCS and BMS systems, ensuring user competency through training.
+ Advocate for sustainability and EHS compliance in operations and material usage.
+ Manage equipment, spare parts, and technical documentation.
+ Ensure alignment with local laws, EHS, and quality standards.
+ Drive sustainability initiatives, including KPI reporting as outlined globally.
**Education & Competencies**
+ **Education:**
+ HTL diploma in electrical/process engineering or similar (7+ years’ experience) OR degree (BSc+) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
+ **Personal Skills:**
+ EHS-focused mindset and fire protection enthusiasm.
+ Strategic vision with hands-on problem-solving and organizational skills.
+ Technical allrounder with insights into building services, HVAC, process- and automation systems.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills in fostering teamwork.
+ **Required competencies:**
+ Working history as utility system owner or maintenance responsible
+ Experience with databases, preferably CMMS or CAFM
+ Proven expertise in SOP development, EHS compliance, and BMS or PCS operation.
+ Basic project management skills and knowledge of PM tools
+ Fluent English (written and spoken), confident in international contexts.
+ Experience in laboratory or GxP environments is a plus!

A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 4.270,14 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary is higher and depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
