Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and local building codesPerform engineering calculations, conduct tests, and analyze results to solve complex problemsCollaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project executionDevelop and implement innovative solutions to overcome site-specific challengesMonitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and communicate updates to senior managementEnsure adherence to quality control standards and safety protocols throughout the construction processReview and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentationManage resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and laborConduct site inspections and identify potential issues or improvementsAssist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldProven 15 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projectsStrong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and local building codes in Saudi ArabiaProficiency in relevant engineering software, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3DExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detailAbility to perform complex engineering calculations and interpret test resultsStrong project management skills, including resource allocation and schedulingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teamsDemonstrated ability to work independently and make decisive decisions under pressureSafety-conscious with a thorough understanding of construction site safety protocolsPhysical stamina to work in challenging on-site conditionsFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusFamiliarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification is desirable
