This opportunity as **Site EHS Leader** at our **Mahindra World City site, Chennai** has to Direct, organize and control all Environmental Affairs, occupational Health, and Safety functions, to support site manufacturing operations and sales & service function. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Develops and implements safety program to continuously improve all employees EHS awareness and EHS performance. + Drive management systems for compliance with regulatory and Global requirements. + Provides EHS review and support for safety functions, environmental, industrial hygiene, fire protection, and 5 S. + Lead investigation, root cause analysis and follow up prevention action of Safety incidents. + Identify and eliminate unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. + To organize EHS related training for all employees. + Lead and coordinate safety committee activities. + Responsible for all internal and external related EHS audit and inspection. + Other assignment by the company **Who You Are:** You are responsible for are planning, implementing, and enforcing an organization's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
