The foundation of BV Operations provides the ability to move where your skills are needed and allows for a collaborative and innovative culture offering greater challenges and career development opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform design of projects from the conceptual and bid phase through design completion for project needs and requirements that are set by the project managers based off client needs + Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets + Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, interface directly with the client or sub-consultants + Support business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentation to clients + Responsible for effective communication with other engineering disciplines and project team **Preferred Qualifications** Licensed Professional Engineer or be in active pursuit of registration. **Minimum Qualifications** + Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing + Minimum of 5 years related work experience + All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. **Certifications** Licensed Professional Engineer or be in active pursuit of registration preferred. **Work Environment/Physical Demands** Normal office environment with a hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote **Salary Plan** ENG: Engineering **Job Grade** 130 Black & Veatch endeavors to makeaccessible to any and all users.
