Apply directly today to Chaney Cornell at chcornell@actalentservices. com for immediate consideration **interviews being conducted this week** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic Civil Team within a full-service A/E Firm, specializing in Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Civil Engineering. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to transform basic concepts into completed projects with minimal supervision, while efficiently collaborating within a team-based environment. Responsibilities will include site observation duties, field documentation, and analysis of existing sites. Responsibilities + Conduct site feasibility studies and environmental analysis. + Develop schematic designs and coordinate engineering systems. + Perform site cost analysis and design development. + Prepare site construction documents and research specifications and materials. + Check and coordinate documents for accuracy. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. + Minimum of 2 years' experience in site/civil design, including authoritative codes and regulations. + Experience with subsurface utilities design (sanitary and water), site grading, storm sewer systems and facilities, and land disturbance permitting. + Possession of EIT certification or actively pursuing EIT. + Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, stormwater management, drainage, grading, and project management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Desire to obtain PE certification in career. + Experience with industrial and commercial site/land development projects.
