Site Development Business Operations Project Manager
**Summary:** Our data centers are the foundation upon which our rapidly scaling infrastructure efficiently operates to deliver our innovative services. Meta is seeking an experienced and organized coordinator/analyst for our Strategy & Operations Team within Site Development. The Strategy & Operations Team’s mission is to be a central conduit for strategic direction and business operations leadership for the wider Site Development organization, directly supporting site selection and enablement for Meta’s data center capacity needs. This role will be instrumental in ensuring special projects and key initiatives are delivered in a timely manner and with all relevant stakeholder input, identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvement, implementing scalable solutions, and guiding data-driven leadership decisions. **Required Skills:** Site Development Business Operations Project Manager Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project goals and deadlines 2. Coordinate with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors, to ensure project deliverables meet expectations 3. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans as needed 4. Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement 5. Design and implement new processes, procedures, and systems to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality 6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process changes are communicated effectively and adopted successfully and sustainably 7. Develop best practices and guidelines/standards for project management and business operations 8. Provide operational support to the business, including data analysis, reporting, and metrics development 9. Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives 10. Participate in business planning and strategy development 11. Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors 12. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner 13. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and other events to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making 14. Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies 15. Communicate changes to stakeholders, including training and support materials as needed 16. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 17. Bachelor's degree in a related field e.g., business, economics, environment etc 18. 5+ years of experience in business operations or project coordination/management 19. Proven experience to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines 20. Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills 21. Experience building and managing relationships a variety of cross-functional partners 22. Practical analytical experience and organizational skills, with attention to detail, while managing multiple projects simultaneously 23. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace 24. Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 25. Experience in the data center industry 26. Experience with project management and data analytics/visualization tools 27. Experience working with budgets, purchase orders, and invoices 28.
