Major Accountabilities:

Operation of the logistics office (Receipt and dispatch of goods, dispatch of prototypes), including compliance with IMMEX regulationsResponsible for UPS systems, air condition, access control system, camera surveillance system, intrusion protection system, fire alarm system, car charging stations, license servers…Deep involvement and support of the site management in site/facility capital and expense planning and cost trackingPoint of contact for the resolution of conflicts in the invoice processingAPA (Acquisition Process Analyst) for all site related purchase activities and for some engineering groups and special materialPlanning, procurement and management of office suppliesPlanning, procurement and management of IT equipment and mobile phonesPlanning and leading of renovation projects, space optimization, special areas (e.g. shared desks, high security areas).Interface and core contact to the facility service provider and various additional suppliers used in the site/facility context.Internal facility technicianSpecial assignments and additional roles (e.g.global sharepoint administrator).Business data managementCalibration services for measurement equipment used in the engineering department and in the production areaLocal information security officerInterface to the IT OrganizationLocal site related execution of IT projects

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or business / commerce

Bilingual
