$106,700 – 130,500

The Job You Will Perform:

Clearly outline contractor responsibilities, tasks, and deliverables.  Establish performance standards, deadlines, and how success will be measured.  Maintain open and frequent communication channels to address issues, provide updates, and ensure everyone is on the same page.  Promote a safety-first culture and ensure contractors adhere to site-specific safety protocols and regulations.  Offer regular feedback on performance, both positive and negative, to help contractors improve.  Encourage collaboration between contractors and employees to create a positive and productive work environment.  Resolve conflicts and disagreements quickly and effectively to minimize disruptions and maintain a positive working relationship.

The Skills You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment. Prefer a minimum of five (5) years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in the pulp and paper industry is preferred. Planning for and managing Site Contractors Detailed knowledge of industrial safety procedures and regulations. Ability to lead in a high-performance team environment and get work done through others. Ability to collaborate with peers and work well work others. Strong computer skills including proficiency with SAP and all Microsoft Office applications. Good decision-making, judgement and outstanding interpersonal skills are required. High degree of organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skill. Working knowledge of equipment, trades skills, work execution, and reporting. Proficient in Work Brain and time entry.
