JOB DUTIES: Oversees improvements focused on productivity and quality for our Site’s strategy roadmap. Utilizes DuPont’s Operational Excellence framework, including Lean and digital concepts, to eliminate waste, streamline operations, reduce cost, increase quality, enhance safety, and improve throughput. Partners with the operations, manufacturing technology (MT), and reliability and maintenance teams to develop the improvement roadmap, including prioritizing and resourcing top opportunities, ensuring progress against objectives, and reporting out to site and business leadership. Leverages corporate resources, best practices, and digital technologies in support of the site strategy.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field and Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Must have experience working with the following:
Continuous improvement, influencing manufacturing technology leadership, and discrete manufacturing methods;PowerBI and data analysis software, including JMP and Minitab, using statistical calculations like Cpk, standard deviation, regression analysis, and sigma;Six sigma methodology;PLC ladder logic;Microsoft Power tools (Power BI, Power Apps);RO technology and RO element defect evaluation via autopsies;Factors affecting salt passage and flow in membrane;Product build defects producing leak pathways for salty water;Product performance parameters;and RO systems operations and performance measuring instrumentation.OFFERED WAGE: $121,347 - $133,849.51/yearly

The Pay range for this role is $79,100.00 - $124,300.00 Annual
