DuPont Towanda, PA site has an immediate career opportunity for an experienced Site Administrative Specialist. The facility manufactures film products used in the electronics and communications industry.
The Site Administrative Specialist is responsible for specialized administrative services and secretarial duties. This role will include training and coaching others on policy and systems. Exercises judgment in applying established policies and procedures. Performs general administrative duties of routine difficulty such as organizing developing and implementing procedures and preparing reports.
Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:
Organize People Reports and Support People Movement
Create Job Requisitions for Temporary Employment agency on site
Site Timekeeping Administrator/Resource
Badge System Administrator
Capital Project Administrator
Create and maintain service purchase orders for site
Site Resource for SAP Administrative Users
Accounts Payable Contact for the Site
Meet with Cintas rep weekly for uniform orders and issues
Maintain Safety Shoe Store Accounts for the site
Create and enter Monthly Exposure Hour Report for the Site (Support safety team)
Perform any other administrative duties, as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
HS diploma/GED equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ administrative assistant experience or similar role
Demonstrated flexibility when faced with competing priorities and/or changes
Strong computer experience (intermediate to advanced) with Microsoft Office suite of applications to manipulate data
Highly organized
Preferred:
Administrative experience in a manufacturing/plant environment
Previous experience/familiarity with SAP and Concur
