You’ll be based out of one of our world class manufacturing and distribution facilities. The goal of this Leadership Program is to develop the next great People leaders of PepsiCo! Your initial assignment will be to familiarize you with our day-to-day business operations and leading in a front-line Supply Chain organization. Qualifications Who's a good fit for the team: Successful completion of Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management by September 2025 Must be open to relocating within Western Canada Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities Collaborative team-player with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach About the Company PepsiCo is a playground for curious people.
