Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an SIOP Manager to join one of Calgary's largest aerospace manufacturing companies for a full time position. This opportunity will be 5 days a week onsite 40 hours per week in Calgary, AB. This individual will be responsible for leading Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process to align customer demand, production capabilities, and inventory strategies. The SIOP Manager will oversee a team of Master Schedulers, Demand Planners, and Capacity Planners, ensuring effective collaboration to optimize resources, achieve production targets, and maintain service levels.
This role is both strategic and tactical - responsible for leading executive SIOP meetings, improving on-time delivery, managing material shortages, and implementing standardized planning processes. The incumbent will provide leadership across planning disciplines, ensure consistent reporting, and drive decision-making through actionable insights and KPIs.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably managing SIOP, planning, or scheduling teams.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS) and BI/reporting tools.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
Demonstrated success in production planning, SIOP implementation, and cross-functional leadership.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across levels and functions.
A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive performance and change in dynamic environments. null
