In this role, you will help customers with process analysis, process design and process engineering in order to ensure successful design, validation and implementation of Ready-to-Use assemblies, in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and regulatory requirements. You will be working with complex multi-products and multi-sites projects, coordinating our multi-disciplinary technical teams and ensuring process consistency across different locations.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
Actively contributes to sales growth in Single Use Technology (SUT) by identifying new opportunities via customer collaboration and close interaction with the local sales team in EMEA
Develop and achieve account targets (i.e market share) by handling complex consumable requests
Contribute to all major SUT projects, including interaction with Integrated Solutions teams, and End-to-End business solutions during the sales and after sales phases
Actively participating in seeding activities (i.e. campaigns, SoT (Science on Tap), Sartorius Day’s, conferences, and industry shows)
Detailed understanding of customers processes and individual requirements
Actively contributes to innovation as well as monitor and protect existing SU business
Leading internal & external project communication and supporting negotiation
Coordinate and support internal and external stakeholder activities
What will convince us
Master’s or PhD in life sciences, ideally in bioprocessing engineering
Strong experience in bioprocess development | bioprocess manufacturing support or in a similar function
Relevant technical knowledge and extensive biopharma industry knowledge, particularly in single use technologies
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within an international matrix-based organisation and with external customers
Able to manage and resolve complex issues
Excellent communication skills in Englisch and German
