Job Description• Perform structural, thermal, dynamic, and fluid simulations using CAE tools (such as Hypermesh, ANSYS, Abaqus, MATLAB/Simulink, etc.)
• Develop finite element models (FEM) and validate them with experimental or analytical results
• Collaborate with design engineers to provide simulation-based insights during product development
• Support virtual testing activities to reduce physical prototyping and improve development cycles
• Interpret simulation results and prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations
• Ensure simulations meet performance, reliability, and safety standards
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in simulation and digital engineering
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in modeling accuracy and process efficiency
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in simulation and analysis using tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar
• Solid understanding of mechanical principles, finite element methods, and numerical analysis
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX, SolidWorks) is a plus
• Ability to interpret complex data and make engineering recommendations
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
