Department Description:

The Customer Success Group’s (CSG) Offer Management team is responsible for managing the portfolio and lifecycle of products, including support and services, that the CSG provides to customers. The team collaborates with the global teams and the relevant departments in Japan and Korea, with the mission to provide the best offering to our customers. We maintain a multi-year roadmap for our portfolio, develop research-backed business cases for offer development and positioning, and manage the entire portfolio from design to end of life. We adhere to a governance framework to effectively manage and coordinate cross-functional work.

Role Description:

At Salesforce, the role of the CSG Solution Advisor requires a combination of solution selling, business acumen, technical ability, and teaming. You will leverage these skills to attach Success plans to our largest and most complex customers. The successful candidate will be leading a team of CSG Solution Advisors aligned to a territory responsible for driving the attach and bookings of Signature & Premier Success plans. In this role you will serve as a player-coach, actively working with cross-functional team members to solve challenging customer problems and coordinating internal/external resources effectively. The role will cover current and legacy products from our portfolio of subscription services Success Plans.

Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed targets for both Premier & Signature Success plans across bookings, attach, upgrades, and conversions.Build relationships with Sales & CSG leadership, including Account Executives, RVPs, and AVPs, to review territories and identify strategies and opportunities to attach Premier & Signature Success plans.Operational rigor around forecast accuracy, team performance, and territory performance is required.The team effectively with other parts of the organization, including, Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Account Partners, Sales Operations, Pricing Deal Desk, Sales Productivity, Marketing, Legal, CSG Regional Leaders, Customer Success Managers, Portfolio Success Managers, Technical Support, and Product Management to address and resolve customer or sales issue

Impact:

The successful candidate will be independent, proactive, and offer our best customer-engagement in cooperation with sales team. The successful candidate will also be required to be innovative and highly self-motivated to drive marketing activities.

Requirements:5+ years experience in Sales, Marketing, or Services (consulting, technical support, or training) requiredStrong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical & business environmentsDemonstrable understanding of mission-critical support processes with enterprise customersDemonstrable experience of engaging with enterprise customers cross-functionally and varying levels of seniority up to & including C suite executives.Experience in building & delivering business value cases and presenting to the customerSales experience with a track record of managing a large territory and exceeding targets is a +Fluent Japanese and Basic level English
