1. Proficient in high-speed signal testing standards (e.g., IEEE, OPEN Alliance, USB-IF) and SI/EMC testing workflows
2. Operate oscilloscopes (high-frequency, sampling), VNA(M9019A 18-slot PXIe Chassis with 24 ports), TDR, BERT etc.
3. Perform investigation, data analysis and trouble-shooting using related test tools(e.g., LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB, Keysight ADS etc.)
4. Draft comprehensive reports, identify root causes of failures, and propose solutions (e.g., shielding optimization, cable routing adjustments)
5. Collaborate with product engineers and quality teams to resolve issues (e.g., design revisions, process improvements)
6. Responsible for on-site inspection/audit to ensure product conformity with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
