Signal & Power Integrity Engineer

Location: Onsite – San Jose, CA or Fort Collins, CO

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Signal and Power Integrity Engineer with a strong foundation in electromagnetic transmission line theory and a passion for high-speed serdes applications. This is an opportunity to work with a seasoned team of engineers leveraging advanced simulation tools to support PCB design excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and validate models using HFSS, SI Wave, and Keysight ADSCollaborate on simulation-measurement correlation for high-speed signal and power integrityReview and contribute to PCB design using Cadence AllegroPartner with expert engineers across two advanced lab locations

Required Skills

Solid grounding in electromagnetic transmission line theoryHands-on experience with signal and power integrity challenges in high-speed systemsProficiency in HFSS, SI Wave, and Keysight ADSFamiliarity with Cadence Allegro for PCB design or review

Work Environment

Join a deeply experienced team split across San Jose, CA and Fort Collins, CO. The team consists of 10 engineers, each with a Master’s degree or higher, and most with over a decade of tenure. You’ll be working in a collaborative lab environment, tackling real-world engineering challenges with a strong support network and a culture of excellence.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $190000.00/yr.
