SIGINT Analyst

* This position is contingent upon contract award. Work sites will be in the United States and various locations, TBD*. 

** Some positions may be asked to deploy on a no-notice basis as identified by the supported unit to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods. Deployment billets will be allocated based on merit as defined by the supported unit selection criteria. **

Job Summary: 

Team Members on this effort will be responsible for providing SIGINT analysis as part of an analytical team supporting DoD and National Intelligence Priorities. Analysts will be required to use the full complement of GEOINT tactics, techniques, and procedures to satisfy unit level EEIs and command level PIRs. 


 Responsibilities:

Use advanced SIGINT TTPs to identify and/or confirm individuals, organizations, facilities, locations, trends, or patterns of interested associated with a HVT or network of interest in a collaborative environment. Coordinate SIGINT procedures with internal and external SIGINT activities to ensure the collection, dissemination, and/or precision geo-location activities adhere to guidance and appropriate directives. Use with a high level of proficiency NSA and other SIGINT analytical databases covering both Dial Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) related technologies while using current SIGINT systems, databases, and software tools. 

 

 Requirements:

Must be a US citizen.Must have an active Top-Secret/SCI security clearance or equivalent.Four (4) or more years of experience as a SIGINT analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies.Strong working knowledge, understanding and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends. Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and establishing SIGINT related databases to support analytical efforts and product development.High level of proficiency with NSA and other SIGINT analytical databases covering both DNR and DNI related technologies.Strong background and firsthand experience in SIGINT analysis, SIGINT system, tools, and databases, reporting and collection management. Current NSA access.Successful background/credit check and drug screening.


Preferred Requirements:

Eight (8) or more years of experience as a SIGINT analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required.
