Job DescriptionTo transport hotel guests to designated destinations around the resort property. When not providing transportation services, this role will be staged at the entrance of the resort where they will greet guests, creating a memorable first impression. Must be available to work until 1 AM.
Responsibilities Drive shuttle bus to and from designated destinations in a timely mannerApply knowledge of commercial driving and skills in maneuvering vehicle at varying speed in difficult situations, such as inclement weather and heavy trafficGreet guests and provide on boarding assistanceEnsure cleanliness of the vehicle; including interior and exteriorInspect vehicle daily and report any damage or safety concerns immediately to managementMaintain accurate log of vehicle maintenanceReport any safety concern immediately to managementMaintain accurate log of services renderedCreate memorable experience during transportation serviceMaintain 4-Star/4-Diamond standards of guest service.Accept other special duties as requested by management.Assist in keeping front entrance clean and tidyUnderstand all emergency proceduresUnderstand all amenities and services offered at the Hotel and local areaUnderstand all Moments of Service scenarios Qualifications Customer Service OrientedMust be 21 years or olderMust pass pre-employment drug screenOutgoing, friendly personalityValid Class C North Carolina License requiredFlexible schedule; including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to lift 50 lbs.Ability to sit or stand for long periods of timeAbility to bend in order to lift heavy items Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareRefer this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
