Excellent opportunity with the worlds largest EPC firm for a Shutdown Construction planner for project in Springdale, Arkansas Ideal candidates should have 10 years of expertise in construction planning and shutdowns planning. This resource is needed in the project for aprox 6 months, to plan and execute the plant shutdown. Here are some of the requirements of the position. In addition to the Global Functional + Experience in shutdown planning 10 years minimum. Develop detailed shutdown schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project and it will be required to use Client work order system as well. + Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to define the scope of work. + Sequence tasks to minimize downtime and ensure efficient resource use. Break down the shutdown scope into manageable work packages. + Ensure all work packs include necessary drawings, permits, materials, and safety procedures. + Estimate and allocate labor, equipment, and materials. + Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure availability during the shutdown window.
