Minimum requirements:
Proven sales experience, ideally within a luxury or high-end brand environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, support, and motivate a team Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a professional presence Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure a seamless client experience Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team to achieve sales and service targets Drive sales performance by setting goals, monitoring progress, and implementing strategies Ensure the showroom is immaculately presented and aligned with brand standards Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and industry professionals Handle escalated client queries with professionalism and efficiency Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and product displays in the showroom Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement showroom initiatives Analyse sales reports and provide insights to management Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and client satisfaction within the team
