A day in the life of a Showroom Manager at VF looks a little like this.
The Showroom Manager is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic management of VF’s multi-branded showroom in New York City. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between brand leadership teams, sales teams, and visiting executives, ensuring a seamless and professional experience within the showroom. The nature of the role is dynamic, requiring exceptional organizational skills, diplomacy, and creativity in managing both long-term strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational responsibilities.

+ **Executive & Client Engagement:** Serve as the first point of contact for visiting executives, brand leaders, and high-profile guests, ensuring an exceptional showroom experience that reflects professionalism and brand neutrality.
+ **Brand Coordination & Space Management:** Maintain the integrity of the multi-brand showroom by balancing the needs of different stakeholders, ensuring fair representation, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
+ **Operational Leadership:** Oversee showroom upkeep, ensuring the space remains clean, clutter-free, and visually appealing at all times. Direct sales teams to maintain showroom standards and compliance.
+ **Strategic Calendar Oversight:** Maintain and coordinate an evolving calendar of showroom appointments, brand activities, and executive engagements, ensuring seamless scheduling across multiple entities.
+ **Communication & Diplomacy:** Act as a trusted intermediary between brands, ensuring clear, diplomatic communication and a fair approach to shared resources within the showroom.
+ **Project-Oriented Initiatives:** Lead showroom enhancement projects, from design updates to experience-driven improvements, while identifying innovative solutions to optimize showroom efficiency and presentation.
+ **Event & Meeting Coordination:** Manage and organize some showroom-related meetings, presentations, and corporate events, providing logistical support to visiting executive leadership teams.
+ **Facility Management:** Manage the maintenance of all building systems (including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety, and security) and coordinates vendors and contractors associated with facilities maintenance and repair work.

**Hiring Range** **:**
$92,400.00 USD - $115,500.00 USD annually
**Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
