You’ll need to be a good communicator, comfortable using a computer, and able to lift up to 75 lbs. Forklift experience is a plus—but no worries, we’ll train you! Responsibilities:Greet customers at the front counter and assist with in-person and phone sales in a friendly and professional mannerHelp customers select tile and design options in the showroom, providing knowledgeable product supportAccurately process phone and walk-in orders using basic computer systems and order entry toolsManage inventory by receiving shipments, organizing materials, and preparing customer orders for pickup or deliveryAssist in warehouse operations, including lifting up to 75 lbs. and safely operating a forklift (training provided) Qualifications and Requirements:Must have strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.Basic computer knowledge is required to process orders and manage inventory.Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs as part of daily warehouse duties.Forklift experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.Prior experience in retail sales, warehouse operations, or tile/building materials is a bonus, but not required.Benefits and Perks:$16-18.00 per hour depending on experienceHourly pay with bonus/commission after hired full-timeMedical Benefits Training & Growth Your New Organization:This organization is known for its hands-on approach, quality craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence in both residential and commercial tile projects.
