Showroom Consultant (Interior Design / Homeware)

Drives sales of company products through effective stock management, maintaining merchandising standards and overseeing the effective operations of the showroom.
The main functions of the job include: Meet showroom sales budget Maintain showroom standards Build productive relationships with customers (including customers of sales consultants) Handle complaints and queries (customer & sales consultants) Product allocations and stock levels managed at showroom level Consignment deliveries Minimum requirements:
National senior certificate At least 3 years sales experience in a retail environment (preferably for a luxury brand) with experience working on point of sale Knowledge of homeware products advantageous Experience in conducting and managing regular stock takes Excellent communication skills (written and spoken). Customer service focused and orientated Highly sales driven and focused on achieving the end result Must be professional and well presented Self-motivated General business acumen Working Hours: Monday to Friday and every second Saturday
