Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Showroom Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in El Segundo, California. This role involves hands-on tasks to support the setup and maintenance of our showroom while assisting with administrative duties as needed. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. DATES OF PROJECT AUG 4- AUG 8 -- MUST BE AVAILABLE ALL DAYS TO BE CONSIDERED! Responsibilities: • Carefully unpack and organize products to ensure proper handling and placement. • Assist with moving items and breaking down packaging materials for disposal. • Manage trash runs and ensure the proper disposal of waste during showroom setup. • Support administrative tasks, including calendar management and scheduling. • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare relevant documentation. • Organize and facilitate conference calls as needed. • Maintain import/export documents with accuracy and attention to detail. • Collaborate with team members to ensure the showroom is ready for operations. Requirements • Previous experience in administrative assistance or showroom setup is preferred. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in managing schedules and coordinating travel plans. • Familiarity with handling import/export documentation. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Physical capability to handle light to moderate lifting tasks. • Availability to work on a contract basis for the specified duration.
