Your Role on Our Team: Show Home Host (Junior Sales Support)

As a Show Home Host at Minto, you’ll be the welcoming face of one of our newest master-planned communities. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in real estate while learning from an experienced sales team. You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the Sales Centre and show homes, assist with customer inquiries, and help create a warm, professional, and engaging experience for all visitors.

 

In This Role, You Will:

Greet and assist prospective homebuyers and Realtors visiting the Sales Centre and show homes. Provide general information about the community, home types, and availability (training provided). Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the Sales Centre and show homes. Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks such as preparing marketing materials, organizing documents, and updating basic customer information. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing visitor traffic logs. Help track and document customer feedback and questions for follow-up by the Sales Team. Learn and use basic CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to support lead tracking and communication. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to grow your knowledge of the real estate sales process. Work weekends and some evenings as part of a rotating schedule.  

We Would Like You to Have:

A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). A willingness to learn and grow within the real estate industry. The ability to travel to and from the Sales Centre independently. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is an asset.
