Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Overview** The Shopper Development Manager is responsible for tailoring, deploying, and managing 5P’s tactics by RE’s within the customer. They are responsible for providing input on the customer/RE perspective. They work closely with the Customer and Customer Marketing to develop strategies and tactics to ensure alignment between customer plan and RE strategy. **E** **ssential Functions** + Monitor the 5 P's (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion and POP material) for all the categories and sales products of the different purchasing environments and ensure the execution of the plan by working with Business Development Managers, Retail Marketing and In store for the channel(s) assigned(s). + Adapt and coordinate the implementation of strategies to the customer/Customer Group of the main activities such as: launch of new products, shopper campaigns and exclusive promotions and activities to drive growth. + Carry out performance analysis and implications of the 5 P's (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion and POP) in the client, to recommend action plans to the commercial team. + Monitor competitive activities in the POS (Point of Sale), SOS (Share of Space), SOE (Share of Exhibition), SOF (Share of Features), Sell Out Activities and reinforce the Promotional Grid when required and make recommendations to ensure healthy growth of customers/Customer Group. + Carry out monthly controls to optimize investment in customers: Gross to Net (GTN) Investment, Inventory Control, Out of Stock and Low Rotation SKUs. + Ensure the post-evaluation of key promotions, in conjunction with the Finance Analyst, carrying out a quantitative and qualitative analysis, communicating the results to the commercial team and using the results of the evaluation to redefine the promotional tactics. + Monitor the ideal assortment to find opportunities for discontinuations or listings of SKU's and align with Retail Marketing and Business Development Manager. + Coordinate the implementation of POP material in the channel, including: request authorization with customers of POP materials (mesh, strips, etc.), define and adjust the amounts of POP material to be implemented by In Store and follow up on the POP material implementation process. + Keep the Demand Plan file updated by Client/Customer Group ensuring the correct product volume/cases for all promotional activities, including off-shelf implementations of planned dynamics. + Organize and support meetings with customers to keep them informed about business and/or maintain engagement. + Complies with all policies and standards. **Qualifications** Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering At least 3 years Experience in Commercial Area Strong commercial / Sales background Excellent personal leadership qualities Computer literacy (word, excel, PWP) Bilingual (English/Spanish) **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
