Qualification      
Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Equivalent/ with 8 to 10 Years of experience
Thorough understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards
Skilled in utilizing training technologies, learning management systems, and digital training tools
Knowledgeable in technical skill assessment, competency mapping, and training effectiveness measurement
Awareness of current industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electronics manufacturing training
Role Overview
Serve as a subject matter expert and technical trainer responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to upskill, reskill and proactively transform the workforce
Key objectives include driving continuous learning, improving technical competencies, and supporting the organization's workforce transformation initiatives
Ensure training programs are aligned with industry standards, best practices, and the latest technological advancements in electronics manufacturingRoles and Responsibility :
Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.Develop and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum covering technical, safety, and compliance topics.Design and deliver engaging training programs, including hands-on workshops, simulations, and e-learning modules.Facilitate technical skill assessments and competency evaluations to identify training needs and track progress.Identify skill gaps and develop targeted reskilling programs to support proactive workforce transformation.Implement upskilling initiatives to enhance the technical capabilities of the manufacturing workforce.Serve as a technical administrator for training within the manufacturing environment, ensuring effective training governance and continuous improvement to optimize training processes and outcomes.Collaborate with Siemens partners, industry experts and educational institutions to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date and optimize training delivery and leverage technology.Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure training relevance.
