To strengthen our Accounts team we are looking for a Shop Visit Support Officer, who will focus on: • Preparing and providing administrative support for Jet Engine Shop Visits to ensure customer satisfaction and trust. • Collecting information from customers and subcontractors to enable efficient administrative follow-up of cases. Your role: Customer Communication • Manage the exchange of administrative information with customers before, during, and after Jet Engine Shop Visits. • Request and process necessary documentation for Jet Engine Shop Visits. Administrative Case Management • Ensure traceability of parts and prepare LLP sheets. • Compile, archive, and share repair records. • Create and update the Bill of Work (BOW) and provide inspection reports. ERP & Logistics • Set up projects in SAP and handle customer orders per contractual terms. • Organize transport for engines, parts, and materials, including off-site repairs. **Job Requirements** Your profile: - Education: at least a high school diploma; a professional bachelor's degree is also welcome. - Technical Knowledge: preferably a basic understanding aviation and of jet engines. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French, English. - Planning and organizational abilities. - Precise and methodical work style. **But what else?
