Oversees the daily planning, implementation and maintenance of the manufacturing activities of a specific area. Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Solid problem-solving and coaching capabilities.Basic understanding of design drawings and blueprints.Willingness to support all production shifts as needed.Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
