What You'll Do as a Shop Mechanic:

Diagnose and repair small engines (mowers, blowers, trimmers, chainsaws, etc.)Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, blade sharpening, part replacementsInspect, assemble, and prep new equipment before deliveryAssist with customer inquiries, sharing product knowledge and service adviceKeep detailed service records and maintain a clean, organized shopCommunicate clearly with both customers and team members

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

1+ year of experience in small engine repair or similar mechanical workMust provide your own basic hand tools (we provide the rest!)Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, physical roleStrong troubleshooting skills and mechanical know-howCustomer-focused mindset with clear communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent

You'll Stand Out if You Have:

Certification in small engine repair or related fieldFamiliarity with brands like Honda, Briggs & Stratton, Kawasaki, etc. (No STIHL experience needed!)Experience in retail or sales support
