This is a great opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. **What You’ll Do** + Operate and maintain CNC Lathes (Gen Mill with Mitsubishi controls) + Load and unload materials with precision and care + Perform finishing grinding and sharpening of materials + Monitor production quality and troubleshoot issues in real-time + Run wheel dressing programs and adjust setups as needed + Inspect parts using a 10x loupe and fine-tune with hand files + Perform tool and wheel changes, including offset adjustments + Sharpen blades, test blade cuts, and install set screws + Deburr and polish parts using buffing wheels and hand-finishing techniques + Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards **Offering competitive pay** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
