This position maintains the stability of the daily operations, triggers immediate actions to ensure the execution of the plan of week 0 without affecting the plan of next weeks, and develop processes and systems to support the production planning (Final Pack, Prepack and Processing) execution activities. **Core Responsibilities** + Lead and support shop floor planning activities to ensure timely execution of the production plan. + Monitor daily performance metrics, identify root causes of deviations, and drive corrective actions. + Serve as a go-to expert on processes, providing guidance, training, and operational support to the team. + Foster employee development through regular feedback and performance reviews. + Implement and optimize global production planning systems, focusing on simplification and efficiency. + Align and improve production and finished goods planning processes to enhance overall efficiency. **Do you have what it takes?** **Remember to apply using Google Chrome for an easier process and attach your CV in PDF format.** + Strong experience in supply chain management or Manufacturing areas. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial engineering preferred, having experience with multinational companies or working with international teams. + Production planning processes including Inventory Analysis knowledge. + Problem solving, good communication, attention to detail and demonstrated people leadership skills. + Excel and SAP knowledge, Power BI desired. + ASCM Certification is a plus. **Compensation** The salary for this position has a range of $100,799.00 - $151,199.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
